They say, if you want to be a master of something, you need to be doing a practice of it over and over even after perfection. I thought, if anyone struggles to finding his position in the ranks of poker players online, why not keep a constant practice to secure the desired position? Simply, if you want to be on top, you need to practice a lot, then you need tools to help you with that, which is what this article will be all about. Without further ado, here is 5 places to play free online poker casino game online.

Zynga Poker on Facebook

I personally like the zynga poker on Facebook. It is the instrument that helped me learn more about poker. What’s nice about this app is that it is used by facebook users, meaning you are assured of playing against real individuals, thus helping you learn even more. You can even learn to adjust your strategy on the table by playing it against different opponents behavior. Above all, the Zynga poker on Facebook is all free to join and play. There are side games and bonuses as well to help you earn chips whenever you run out of it during the course of your fun play. In fact, I think, they offer all there is in a virtual poker room for free.

www.FreePoker.org

The web site has a very simple user interface and is focused to providing free poker play. It has the chat feature just in case you want to mingle with your opponents. While the site requires a registration before you can use their free online poker game, the game can be played without download. I am not sure though if all of the opponents you are playing against are live individuals.

www.Games.com (www.games.com/poker)

I have recommended previously Games.com for catering a cool video poker version, but they also offer 7 different online poker versions including Seven Card Stud, Texas Hold ‘Em (Limit), Texas Hold ‘Em (No Limit), Five Card Draw, Omaha, Omaha (Pot Limit) and their poker game hosted on Facebook. And like my first impression, the graphic is cool, yet the loading tend to irritate my patience. And by the way, your opponents here are named computer plus a distinct number, which, I think, means that you are playing with only simulated opponents.

www.ThePokerPractice.com

There version of free online poker game lets you define the number of opponents you want playing against. Moreover, you can set their aggressiveness between hard and easy. Hey, would this mean you’ll be playing with poker bots? Probably. Graphic used is basic, but if you’re intention is to learn to play poker, this site can help.

www.PokerStars.net

Of course, when you decide to play poker for real money, PokerStars should be one of the option. But aside from the real money poker they cater, they also provide free-to-play tables. The software needed to be downloaded though. Moreover, there’s Poker School to help you learn the basics of Poker as well as free tournaments to help you practice your poker skills.

Practice makes perfect, is not it? And so, by taking some time to visit these places to play free online poker casino game online, it can help you become the online poker expert you can be. Remember to keep your notes open when you practice, so when something lights the bulb above your head, you have something to right on what that bulb is lighting for.

Know some other place to play free online poker game? We surely want to learn about them. Make use of the comment box below to easy have them on board. We’d appreciate it even more if you can include your experience of it. Have a nice poker day!

When it comes to online poker, there are many different playing styles. Lucky you, because the style that works for many pros is what I want to teach you. This style is applicable whether you choose to play in online casino or just plain having a good time with your friends. Honing your poker aggression is not just about how aggressive you should play, but the key is when you should play aggressive.

Wrong level of aggressiveness at the wrong time is a common mistake in poker. Most of the new players think they can bluff anyone at anytime and plays too aggressive or conversely too conservative and fold all the time. Playing too aggressive is good sometimes, other times it is much better to play conservative. Knowing when to switch gear is the key. Turn up your aggressive play when:

Players get eliminated from the table

If you want to “buy the pot” on one bluff, the odds are much greater that someone has a hand to call and definitely beat you when there are more players than when there are just 3 layers left at the table. Does that mean you shouldn’t be aggressive in the early phase of the game? Come on, I know you’re smart enough to figure that out.

You are in a good betting position

Meaning, the players before you either called small raises, checked or folded. You get to see how your opponents bet before you make your own bet; this is the definition of a good betting position. The good betting position is the small blind and big blind positions, because they go last. If you are playing against 8 opponents, the blinds are at 10/20 and everyone checks, perhaps you want to raise at when you are small blind or big blind. Two things will be accomplished at the same time: it will make a few opponents fold; it will indicate your opponents that you might have a hand and therefore give you more credibility if you attempt to make a bluff and buy the pot on the next round with an even bigger raise.

You have the big stack

Having the most chips out of all the players at the table means you have the big stack. Use them, if you are in the lead, don’t be afraid to raise when they only have a few. Make them pay: don’t let players see a flop for free. This is a good strategy when the blinds are starting to get expensive and when there aren’t many players left at the table. This way, you are forcing your opponents with short stack to be more aggressive. The blinds will eat up all he’s chips if he doesn’t turn it up. It is an effective tactic to use the power of big stack.

You have the short stack

Having the least chips out of all the players means you have the short stack. This means that you should play more aggressive to be able to make up for the lost hands. But don’t be a fool; make your move at the right time. It’s because other players know that a player with short stack usually plays more aggressive and often call them even if they don’t have a big hand.

The minute the poker game starts, take things easy, play tight initially. You want first to take the opportunity to study the players and their behavior. You’ll quickly see who’s studying, who raises constantly and who’s playing every pot. Don’t rely on luck, playing too aggressive in the beginning can pay off, it usually leads you to a defeat. Once in a while you can get lucky, but in the long run, you’ll lose more often than you’ll win.

Aggressive players are the winning players; you just need to find the right time to play aggressively. Timing is what this strategy is all about. Don’t be impulsive, take time to study your opponents and plan your attack. Good luck!

So we all want to be on top of the poker game. Not a problem! There is nothing wrong with aiming to winning most of the time, if not all the time. But if you just wait for miracles to give that to you, you are not doing the best you can to be on top of the poker game.

Anyway, you might be playing poker for quite some time now. And you probably have learned that there’s only a certain group of poker hands that you can play for the win. But if you can only think of the pocket rockets (AA) for this group, you may expand this limitation by understanding the qualities of a winning poker hand.

Raise-able

It’s a normal thing when players raise their bets to increase the pot in every round and acquire more cash in the end of the game when the win is given. However, when you find it hard to raise for the next round, you probably are playing a busted hand. A winning poker hand should be raise-able. It should not take much of your time thinking about raising or not. If it has this quality, decision making is a lot easy.

Bluff-able

As may have been suggested by others, bluffing is one of the overwhelming tactics one can use in the poker table. With this technique, you act as the lion among other animals with your cry scaring them to fold. But when you use a bluff, be sure you are fighting ’cause you have something. So when someone else bluffs back at you, as if you care. With a bluff-able hand, you have all the confidence to make bluffing even more effective. And, oh, remember to be spontaneous when you execute this tactic. Mind and gestures reading are your opponents tools to make you fail with this attempt.

Flexible

Always waiting for the AA to come? Forget it! The probability of AA to be dealt to you is like one in a million. Instead, deal with those flexible poker hands. Okay, so what’s that suppose to mean? Heard of trips or a set? I like them a lot. It’s where most of my wins come. If you are dealt a seemingly poor hand, but turned out to be the best complement for some cards in the flop, then you have the flexible thing. ex. you have 5s-9h, and 6d-7s-8c-Ac-2h on the flop. The example gives you the strength of a straight. Now, who else got that with that kind of flop pattern? Only you! What to do then? You know that already. It’s either you raise or bluff. It’s actually already cash for your empty pocket. The question is, will you want more?

Remember that the winning poker hand doesn’t always translate to a real win, especially for those who fail to spot it and those afraid to invest beyond. It is still up to the players instinct and urge to win more. You probably have wasted so much good poker hands, but that’s all over now. Be attentive to the facts on the poker table. If everything aligns to a great win, then pursue it as it surely is.

With the popularity of online poker game, more and more online casino sites were established mainly to cater primarily this game. Providing different vibes, online poker sites make it even more alluring to new players to come and play online poker by offering exciting jackpot prizes on the table. But before you send out signals that you are so convinced to signing up for a real money account with these casinos online, why not take a little preparation so you won’t end signing up to be someone else’s fish? If online poker is your thing, here are reasons why you should play zynga poker game first.

It is free

Zynga poker game can be enjoyed when you have a Facebook account. Well, with the popularity of Facebook, you’ll be treated an old-school person if you don’t have an account with them. You will be given free chips to start with after Zynga poker subscription. There are side games as well to help you earn free chips like the daily lottery and slots, just in case you wasted your chips.

It simulates a real poker room

Not because it is free, it has less features or does not simulate what a real online poker room is. Zynga wants to increase their subscription and at the same time keep their regular patrons. This makes them offer a top notch gaming experience to anyone looking to achieve it yet risks free. Moreover, the rooms are filled with real players, not robots. So, playing the Zynga poker game is like playing at an online poker site with real money account.

It is a tool for enhancement

If there is one big impact of the Zynga poker game to players, that is its ability to make anyone a master of the online poker game. Since it is free and simulates a real online poker room, it is a great tool to practice, learn and be a master of the game. With Zynga poker, you can practice betting, budget chips, play tight, play loose, re-raise opponents, call huge bets. It doesn’t matter if you loose at trying, what matters is the experience and the lessons it brought. Besides, you’re only playing free chips, but the experience on each round you’ve gone through is what makes you a learned poker player.

Personally, I play Zynga poker game just to form different strategies I could use when playing for a real money account. Sometimes I play aggressive; Sometimes I play tight. I even tried bluffing at any angle to see where and when the idea really is effective. It is even more challenging when you know you can’t stick to a strategy as you are playing with different players with unique ways to handle the game.

Playing online poker is surely fun and exciting. But, it can also be devastating especially when you keep losing chips. Good thing there are apps to allow you to play poker for free like the Zynga poker game. So why not take a practice and play with free money before heading to play for a real money account?

Another way to achieve the poker skill enhancement you want, for free.

Not all online poker players are gifted with good instinct when it comes to playing the game on the table. In fact, a great percentage of them still are seeking for help to improve their skill. Even alarming, some of them hire coaches to help them do better. Well, not a problem really if you have the money to spend for special poker training webinar or classes. But there are these great collection of resources where a massive free useful information can also be found, online poker blogs.

Before you question this idea and turn your back, here are reasons why reading online poker blogs can help you enhance the way you play online poker.

It’s Free

Online poker blogs are free. The only thing you need to pay for is the internet connection which would allow you to connect to wherever these online poker blogs are hosted. Free Wi-Fi is actually all over now, so internet bill budget can actually be added to your online poker spending. Remember, however, not all of them are worth reading. It is still up to you which to believe and which not. But there’s no one to complain to about this since the information shared is free and it’s up to you if you’re going to take it or not. Anyhow, blog posts do have comments to follow them. If the post isn’t good, you will find others commenting to correct the idea presented. Besides free, it’s collaborative as well. Related reading: What to watch for in an online poker site?

Experience-based

It’s hard to write about something you don’t know. These online poker blogs are mainly administered by seasoned online poker players and what you’ll be reading are mostly based on their experiences. If they’re generous enough, you’ll surely be empowered with the tips and strategies they care sharing to you. Moreover, you can easily tell if the post make sense since you also play poker, thus easier for you to identify which to follow. Related reading: 10 things to make you an organized online poker player

Always Updated

There is this trade in blogging where while you are sharing your experience, you are earning money out from doing it. Since online poker bloggers earn something from monetizing their blogs with banners (the easiest way to earn money out from blogging) or other types of blog monetizing, they’re highly motivated to push regular updates on their blog while never compromising the quality to keep up their readership for returning visits. And when there’s the regular update, there you are learning something on a regular basis, even day by day. Related reading: Tips to improve the way you play poker

Moreover, it might help greatly to check on those blogs maintained by highly observed online poker players. They surely have something, if not a lot, to say about online poker.

So there you have the significance of online poker blogs to enhancing your poker skill. There’s nothing really bad if you turn to them for additional learning. At the end of the day, it’s your experience you are molding out from their experiences, opinions and suggestions. And when you’d already achieved that, don’t forget to be on the flow, make use of it, blog it and be motivated like others.

So you want to improve the way you play poker game? There are basically a lot of things you can do to achieve that, but this article would like to focus on 5 of the ways to improve your poker game play.

Gaining Control Over Emotions

Consumed by the feeling brought by defeat, we sometimes lead to irrational betting, making ourselves playing so loose at the table. This is definitely a very wrong reaction and no way can improve the way we play poker game. When you lose, you lose, so get over it. There’s another round waiting to see the more experienced you, not the agitated you.
Correcting The Mistakes

Heard of the quotation “learn from your mistakes?” Well, this is applicable with poker. If you’ve ended defeated with what you thought as the best hand in the round on your hand, learn from it. Take that experience to fuel improvement on your play. There might be something wrong you did. What is it? Correct it!
Keeping Learning Ahead

Don’t wait for that moment when you feel you are missing something. If you truly seek improvement, then do not stop learning. Read articles, points sharing on social networks, training courses, blogs, books or virtually anything that concerns improvement you are looking forward. Don’t do this and you’ll find yourself only circling around the circle of defeated you. Break it. Start reading now.

As the each poker room online gets crowded, more and more poker players are searching for ways to appear advantageous over the others. While others keep on practicing to make their strategy solid, a few believe that there is a huge crowd of unorganized players to fish out on. Before you belong to this crowd and lose all your stack to these believers, here are 10 things to make you an organized online poker player.

Choose An Online Casino

This is the primary rule. Being a member of too many online casino sites can be confusing. So to make things a bit uncluttered and accounts organized, you can play around with it and keep a note of those casinos online with exceptional services. You can then proceed with dropping down those that don’t deserve your attention. Trim your list, that’s it. Related reading: What to watch for in an online poker site?

Define A Betting Limit

You really don’t have to do this if you don’t care burning your money fast into ashes. Seriously, consider the $1/2 to $5/10 blinds. If you think this is very much cheap, here’s the explanation why you have to. High limit tables are definitely not the best place to grow your bankroll, but an extreme place to lose huge amount of money in a super fast speed. If you care about ROI, learn that big things come from small ones.

Pick Your Stake

Perhaps this is a useless sub-point if you have the wit. Basically, you must have up to 100 times the big blind from 50. Anything less will only lead you to making nothing, but wasting your time and spoiling your effort to try. Moreover, anything more will only enhance your credibility on the table and contribute to frighten unskilled players.

Choose A Table

To win more, you have to situate yourself on areas where you can have an obvious advantage. First, spend some time watching the play at all tables. 10-15 minutes would be ideal, enough to observe something. Check your notes for acknowledged players’ presence. And before you begin, pick at least 3 tables. From 3, choose the loosest one. You must participate only in loose games and play tight in order to win at an online poker game. But what to do when there’s nothing but tight tables? Turn your back and save money for the next time.

Position Yourself At The Table

There are different advantages when you position yourself early or late at the table turn sequence. But there’s another you need to watch to secure another good advantage. After deciding which table you want to participate in, watch for the tightest player at that table and grab your spot to the left of that player. Your tight play won’t be so obvious this way which will lead to a proper implementation of your plan or strategy on the table.

Take Notes, Don’t Just Play

The best way to improve your skill is to learn from others playing styles. Learn how other players play their game. Do they raise or fold often? Do they bluff before or after the pre-flop? How about their reactions after an unexpected scenario? Most online casinos serving poker game offer players the ability to take down notes during the game. For instance, with Party Poker, you can simply right click on any player’s avatar and select “player notes” from the option. This feature should not be added without a beneficial use, in my opinion.

Separate The Social Thingy

With the advancement of the internet, and birth of social media, most online casinos offer features such as chat to allow players to socialize to each other. Though it appears to be a good idea, and highly improves players interaction, it can distract focus while playing. Remember, you are playing your money on the table. So, turn the chat off. If you want to socialize, make time for it, but not when you’re playing.

Get Rid of Other Distractions

Since online casinos offer the advantage to play your favorite poker game at the comfort of your home or anywhere where internet access is present, you will be exposed to another set of distractions such as TV’s, music, people around, etc. If possible, only play poker game when you won’t miss any TV shows, you’re in sound trip mode, you’re hungry or only when everybody’s sleeping. If there’s someone to be disturbed, that should be your opponents. Let them be irritated, see their stack gone and be puzzled about what happened.

Play Tight, And Tight Enough

Size your bets into pieces for more chances of taking huge pot. If your current hand is no good, don’t waste time thinking, but fold. Don’t even think that it’s cheap. It’s a tactic! Think of this, you bet big, you can win huge, but can also lose big. You bet small, you can win huge, but can only lose small. The point is, understand the implied odds.

Have A Break

And do this after every hour apart from whether you are winning or losing. The thing is, you need a break to keep your mind sharp with what’s happening in the game and recover important information on opponents which may have been overwritten by a continuous and exhausting play. Players who stood playing for longer hours may have all the details mixed up on their minds, leading to poor decision making, thus less chances of winning.

So there you have the 10 things to observe or do to make yourself an organized online poker player. With the popularity of the online poker game, more and more players are competing on each poker room online. The measure of who will stand successful will not only be determined through the finest strategy employed, but also how organized the player is with playing the game of poker.

Since the day online casino secured its place on the internet, poker, like most of the popular casino games online, has appeared among the heavily favored kinds of wagering game online. A well-known card game in the land-based casino and perhaps one of the easiest ways to gamble can now be enjoyed at the comfort of each and everyone’s own home as it was made available by casinos online.

Though there is always this question that keeps on bugging every player’s mind, “which online poker host really is a good deal?” Personally and honestly, even I don’t know exactly the answer to this question. Most of the online poker hosts are highly impeccable and are always the word-of-mouth by their active players. Perhaps the most appropriate question to ask is, “what do I require from an online poker host?”

Online poker sites offer varying services which come in all sizes and shapes. A few of them are particular especially when talking about the kind of poker you only are able to play and the governing conditions to which you need to follow. Moreover, aside from the various kinds of poker, it is feasible as well to opt with some poker sites where table games like roulette and blackjack can also be played. So, if you are the kind of player who just don’t play a single game, but keep on playing a list of varying casino games, it might be important to observe games availability before diving in.

To be able to play, most certainly, poker sites will require you to download and install their software. The file size of the downloadable software may be a factor when selecting a poker host to deal with, while also taking into consideration the fees and sign up processes. Personally, I really hate long download hours only to install a software that don’t work at all. Moreover, reading on the privacy policies may also help your decision making process especially when you are paranoid about internet security.

Gambling online will, most probably, require you to acquire a virtual bankroll. And so, you need to check on the options for funding your virtual account and the process of getting payment. Sharing bank details online is a bit scary with online security a bit unstable, thus check on if the poker site guarantees a sufficiently secure protection on your vital details once they have them. Just imagine somebody is taking your money without you knowing, scary. It could happen most probably if you’re on a host that have not invested much for a guaranteed safety and protection of your most precious information.

It might also be so wise to read FAQs or customer reviews available throughout the internet about the online poker sites you are planning to participate. Learning and uncovering pieces of issues about them will help you come up with a better decision. Thus, participating at an online poker site that satisfies all your needs. Irritated and pissed off customers would surely find ways to tell the world how foolish they are in believing in a quite enticing online poker promotion only to find out they’ve been ripped off. Wise are you if you learn from them.

This article can go on as long as there are concerns you wanted to talk about choosing the right online poker site. The bottom line is, what you require as the player is basically what you should keep an eye open for when picking the most agreeable online poker site you wanted to participate in. So before you put yourself on the canvass, make sure you have the list of requirements you want those poker game hosts online satisfy.

Playing poker is one of my greatest past time hobbies. Since the day I started playing up to now, being dealt with bullets really puts a smile on my face. But, as far as I could recall, not all the time that I have bullets that I won the round. Honestly, most of the time I fold AA.

AA is poker’s highest pair and definitely the greatest starting hand every player always dreamed of having. But the effectiveness of this pair totally depends on how you play it on the poker table. If your poker skill is a bit unstable or you are admittedly inexperience of the game, winning with bullets would depend on how lucky you really are.

We must understand that AA is not typically the kind of hand that would bring you most of the winning. It is just a pair and can be defeated by a three of a kind and beyond. A pair is one of the lowest hand ranks according to the standard poker hand rankings chart. But not all the time a player can achieve a ranking hand such as full house, straight and flush, thus that leaves a pair as the common hand to compete for players on the poker table. And from there, everything depends on hints and actions players take.

What I usually do when served with pocket rockets is to impulsively increase my bet size up to certain times enough to ring every opponent on the table that I have a competitive hand. This I do before the pre-flop. This tactic basically distracts confidence and force each of them to fold. But with a player having a suited, high card, or another pair in hand, will basically call, thus responding he too has a good hand. If in case the surprising bet size pinned all of them to fold, then no worries, at least I did a 50/50 bait.

Okay, so I lost you there with the 50/50 bait mentioned. Well, if another player is very confident with his hand called and would even re-raise my bet, I should start calculating the implied odds. Because, when the flop turns up and none of the cards could improve my current hand, then I am in trouble and folding is my resort to save something for the next round. As mentioned above, AA is just a pair. And as the round continues, the probability of winning with AA shakes down while luck shakes up reversely. Thus, I should know how much I am willing to lose from this point, if in case everything proceeds to the next round.

It is hard to fold sometimes especially when you already have put forward a considerable pile of chips. But, continuing on each round makes it even a big loss. So, whenever you have bullets, you take big bets to struck opponents, flops uncover with no chance of improving your bullets, yet there are callers who don’t want to loss a grip, then it is time to considering folding. It is really not a thing to think hard, it is just letting go for another round.

So you wanted to be a learned poker game player? Not a problem! There are many ways to learn playing poker effectively. But, in case you are in a tight budget to get yourself a personal poker trainer, below suggestions would be enough to make you a poker pro.

Forum Boards

Okay, I know you are thinking there are so many gambling forums to pick one that is really helping you improve your game. Perhaps you can start with 2+2, Irish poker, GPWA and blonde poker. People in these forums are willing enough to help you analyze your poker hand histories. With different experiences across the board, you are assured of getting a useful feedback coming from the members of the forum.

Poker Training Offers

There are many poker training offers available over the internet. All you have to do is search for the key phrase, Google will surely give you sites that are providing them. Sites like freepokertraining.com, pokrtrikz.com and tagpoker.co.uk will surely help you establish your poker skills. Moreover, poker training sites tied up with some Rakeback providers to grant free poker training membership in exchange of opening a rakeback account and achieving set conditions.

Poker Hand Management Programs

There are poker hand management programs that allow you to manage your hand history and review them as you wish. Some of them are Poker tracker and Holdem Manager. But if you can’t afford these programs which will allow you to replay hand histories and generate classified stats, most poker sites produce hand histories that you can store on some storage for future use. Analyzing your poker hand histories allow you to spot any common pattern where you tend to lose or win. Keeping notes of them exposed you to game leaks which then you can improve to give your opponents a challenging poker game.

Articles and Ebooks

I love this a lot. Reading case studies on poker hand histories bundled in an ebook enables you to learn from someone else’ game. Thus, can help you improve your game as well. There are countless articles and ebooks on poker available on the internet. You can make use of them along with strategy demonstration and expert lessons you can get from a 7 day Dueces Cracked free account to level up your game.

Video Sharing Communities

Who says video communities are only for internet marketing professionals? Sites like Youtube has numerous videos uploaded elaborating a poker strategy by generous members. Though, you may want to draw a line first before watching and listening to any of these videos just to keep a healthy division between what is there to believe and what’s not to believe. Remember, you are window shopping for a strategy that works.

Friendship

If you know someone in your neighborhood or in town who’s completely exceptional at playing the game of poker, you may consider befriending him/her. Chattering and playing with guys with skills higher than yours will help you bring your skills to the next level. Aside from they could inspire you to play better, the motivation you can get from them is very influential. Learning how they play their game is the bonus part.

So there you have it. You can learn poker game and improve your skills along the way by taking any of the suggestions above. But combining them all would be a wise thing to do of course.
